How It Started

In 2009, I found myself standing in a crowded gym, surrounded by trainers who offered “one-size-fits-all” programs. I was bored, frustrated by the cookie-cutter routines, and I saw professionals who didn’t have time for endless reps—they had deals to close, boards to lead, families to support.

So I left the gym model and built something radically different: a concierge performance system tailored to high-performance professionals. 15 years later, I’ve honed a method that blends mobility, strength, and recovery into one seamless experience—so my clients don’t just train—they transform.
